Dumping syndrome - Also called rapid gastric emptying, dumping syndrome occurs when the undigested contents of your stomach are transported or "dumped" into your small intestine too rapidly. Common symptoms include abdominal cramps and nausea.
Had my first dumping experience, was eating Watermelon, I either ate it too quickly or didn't chew enough, or both. The cramping and pain was very very intense, I thought I was either was going to throw up or pass out. Lying down didn't help, standing up didn't help and moving about just prolonged the next bout of pain. Wow. Something to remember.
Learning everyday.
